Every time a refugee is hired, it not only brings them out off poverty but their entire family. This means food on the table, shoes on feet, but more importantly, hope and self respect.

Continued Education
We believe in becoming lifelong learners, hence Zawadie pays for the continued education of every refugee hired. We cover the costs for any additional certificates or diplomas they wish to pursue.

Escape Extreme Poverty
We ensure that every hired refugee earns above the $1.90/day extreme poverty line, lifting their entire family out of poverty. On average, our refugee employees earn 3-10 times this amount, fostering economic empowerment.
